PADRES TO DEFEND COMMISSIONERS SHIELD

Just got the news that Padres will be playing in the Commisioner’s Shield on Sunday against Surfers Paradise. Although we are unsure of reason, we were offered this opportunity to play instead of Rapids as we are in 2nd spot on the ladder. The game will be at played Beenleigh at 2.00pm

Unfortunately Bob will be in Perth with the Claxton Shield along with Steve Greer who was again selected to play for Qld

Good luck, again the A grade have done the club proud.  Let’s get down to Beenleigh and support the club as the team seeks to defend the title it won last year for the first time!!
